Shine Your Light for The Paper Variety

And to continue with the Christmas mood, here's another layout I made few weeks ago, and now I realize it fits perfectly with the current challenge at The Paper Variety which consists on creating a paper project inspired by a Christmas song tittle or lyrics. The prize is My Mind's Eye "Kraft Funday" collection, so I'm really crossing my fingers to be the chosen one, I love that collection!!

The pics I used are from last year's Christmas, we were making our Christmas tree all together and my little one grab the lights and I ran to make few quick pics of her before she gets electrocuted, LOL! The first journaling that came to my mind when I printed the pics was that song "Shine your light" from It's a Hi-5 Christmas album (my little one is a very devoted fan of Hi-5, haha!).

I used red cardstock as base, and all the decorated papers are from the lovely collection Everybody Loves Christmas from Echo Park. As decoration I used a lot of tiny details such as a rosette, rolled flower, pearls, snowflakes, baker's twine, rhinestones and stickers. I cut the white title with my Cricut Expression and Scal software, the font is Candice.  Please cross your fingers for me to be the winner, haha! Thanks for stoping by! :D
